A few years ago, I started my own fitness journey and treating my body, mind and soul with respect became a way of life. In my Podopheleus Story I’ve finally been able to share my ups and downs and how I got to where I am today.
Why I believe fitness is important?
So believe me Guys – I know how important it is to look after your health (both mentally and physically). But anyhoo, that’s getting a little bit deep there! So, as mentioned fitness is now a firm part of my life and daily habits.
