How to keep fit while travelling?

Hey there Kinksters, so with things changing across the globe, many of us are looking forward to holiday and travel abroad again (fingers crossed!). So my question is, how do you stay fit while travelling?

A few years ago, I started my own fitness journey and treating my body, mind and soul with respect became a way of life. In my Podopheleus Story I’ve finally been able to share my ups and downs and how I got to where I am today.

Why I believe fitness is important?

So believe me Guys – I know how important it is to look after your health (both mentally and physically). But anyhoo, that’s getting a little bit deep there! So, as mentioned fitness is now a firm part of my life and daily habits.
